I just bought Moyea FLV Editor Pro and received an email verifying my purchase, giving me a purchase number, and giving me a link that was supposed to take me to a download of the product and the registration key. I downloaded the product successfully using the link, but there was never any registration key. And of course, the first thing it asked for upon install was the key, and it won't install without it. The email wasn't from Flvsoft but from "Swreg.org" and at the bottom of the email it says "Sold by an e-commerce reseller at swreg.org". I sent swreg.org and Flvsoft inquiries asking for my registration key, but I haven't heard anything from either of them. What should I do?

You might need to wait for their response since there isn't anything you can do from your side except the actions you have already taken. Since they're the only ones handling the purchase, they will also fix this problem with the registration. Additionally, check the email to see if there is are login details to access their website to retrieve the key. There is a URL set up for customers to retrieve their serial numbers and can be access through their support page.
